PT this afternoon with a new to me PT. My guy is on vacation for 2 weeks in Hawaii. Anyone looking for a new vocation, try PT. Around here, there are tons of them but they all seem to stay busy and be making a good living.

Hope it didn't get on your keyboard! I shook up some hot chocolate w/ protein and didn't realize you shouldn't do that - it exploded all over my office - this was right after I had surgery and I'm still finding hot chocolate on things-haha.
I was suppose to go to DD's and watch DGD#2 that is sick, but now DD has it also so she just stayed home with her. So I am at work today. I need to finish keying the budget into our account program, get the bank receipts keyed in and work on payroll all before I leave Friday!
Going at lunch to visit at the nursing home since I won't get a chance the rest of the week. Going out to eat with a couple of friends tonight.

I tried making "healthy" muffins for my hubby with zucchini, whole wheat flour and lots of blueberries. I probably picked away at more of them then he actually ate. Won't do that again!
But I don't really have a big problem with most of them. A couple of flavors do get me to over indulge, but I'm fine with 1 a day.
I do a lot of substitution to keep the sugar down, too, so one a day isn't a big deal. I also sometimes cut the recipe in half so I'm only making 1-2 dozen instead of 3-4 dozen.
